Welcome to the Solinger R/C Boat Hardware web site. Shown here is my line of precision
radio control racing boat hardware. The hardware I make is suited for Riggers, Hydros, Monos
and Cats up to about 34" in length. This hardware can accommodate 1/8" and .150" diameter
drive cables with 3/16" stub shafts. It is designed for strength with minimal bulk. All Aluminum
components are made from 6061 and the nuts and bolts are Stainless Steel.

This is a 30" class P mono setup with a .150" drive cable.
A Classic Hydros Shovel Nose set up for class LSH.
This is a class N2 Rigger set up using an 1/8" flex cable
and a teflon lined stuffing tube.
The stuffing tube is made from 3/16" brass tube and is
inserted 1/4" into the nose of the strut. The rudder has
been shortened and the water line removed. This boat
did not require water cooling.
All of my hardware sets use nut plates instead of
washers and lock nuts. This makes for a much easier
installation and spreads the load forces out.
